Rice cutlets are great as an appetizer or snack for any get together. These cutlets are made with rice blended and mixed with other ingredients. This is an easy and quick recipe to make. Vegetable rice cutlets are crisp outside and soft inside. Try it!

  • 150 g – Cooked Rice
  • 2 – Boiled Potato
  • 2 – Onion
  • 2 – Green chillies
  • Ginger – grated
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • 50 g – Maida
  • 150 g – Bread Powder
  • Pepper Powder
  • Oil


  • Chop onions, chillies, and coriander leaves.
  • Mash the potatoes.
  • In a vessel add the rice, onions, chillies, pepper powder, ginger, potatoes, salt, and little flour. Mix everything thoroughly and make smalls balls.
  • Make a thin paste by mixing the remaining maida with water.
  • Dip the balls in the paste, roll it in the bread powder to coat well, and deep fry in oil.
